Description: Villa Blanche Malbec IGP by Calmel & Joseph is a bold yet elegant red wine made from 100% Malbec grown in the limestone-clay soils of southern France's Pays d’Oc region.
Vinified with total destemming and fermented at 28–32 °C, it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is matured for about 6 months — 60% in concrete vats and 40% in oak barrels — to balance fruit purity with subtle wood influence.
Deep purple in color, it offers rich aromas of black cherry, blackberry, violet, and hints of vanilla, cocoa, and white pepper. On the palate, it’s full-bodied yet fresh, with silky tannins and a persistent finish featuring dark fruits, spice, and roasted notes. Ideal with grilled meats, duck, or aged cheeses.
