Description: 

Pale yellow color with reflections verdognoli.Spuma brilliant and fine texture. Fine and persistent. Juicy, fleshy, fresh and reveals a perfect fusion of flavor, acidity, smoothness. Aftertaste long and persistent very elegant with crisp of apples.

Maceration on the skins followed by gentle pressing; the resulting must is placed directly in an autoclave for secondary fermentation for approximately 60 days; it then rests on its own yeasts for approximately another 100 days.
