Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Oak spices, honey, a whiff of smoke, walnut.
Palate: Dried fruit (raisins and apple slices), cigar box, cinnamon and cedar.
Finish: Peppery, though with enough caramel to balance the heat.
