Falling Apple- Apple Crush (5% ABV) is a well-rounded cider made from 100% Irish apples. Several apple varieties are used in its making, including desert apples which impart a soft sweetness. It is a Medium Gravity Cider that is gold straw in appearance. An inviting, rich, fresh apple pulp dominates the nose while there is also some apple-drop candy aroma. The flavour matches the aroma. Full-flavoured with a pleasant initial bitter bite that quickly gives way to a slow lingering sweetness.
