Description: Colour: Bright, straw yellow. Bouquet: Wide nose with hints of medlar, peach, bergamot, freesia, chamomile flowers, thyme, rosemary, white pepper, ginger, balsamic notes. Flavour: On the palate it is of enveloping softness and intense freshness, pulpy and sapid, structured and balanced, consistent with the sense of smell; final citrus with sapid trail of long persistence.
